How long does the Fortnite Battle Pass last?

The Fortnite Battle Pass duration is determined by the season in which it's purchased. Once the season ends, the Battle Pass expires and you can no longer earn its rewards.

Duration of a Fortnite season

Each Fortnite season lasts between 8 and 14 weeks, averaging 10-12 weeks. Epic Games announces the start and end date of each season in-game and on official social media.

What happens when the season ends?

When the season ends, the Battle Pass expires. Rewards you earned are permanent. Rewards you didn't unlock are lost. The next Battle Pass is independent.

How many levels does the Battle Pass have?

The standard Battle Pass has 100 levels. Each level unlocks a reward (skin, V-Bucks, accessory, loading screen, etc.). If you buy extra levels, you can reach level 200 with Battle Pass Plus.

Can I complete the Battle Pass with limited time?

Depends on when you buy it and how many hours you play. On average you need about 75-100 hours of play to complete it. Weekly challenges accelerate progress.
