1) Acceptance of these Terms By accessing or using the Site and/or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced at checkout (including Refund Policy and Delivery Policy, if posted). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) No affiliation with Epic Games VBUCKS.AR is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Epic Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, game titles, logos, and related intellectual property (including “Fortnite” and “V-Bucks”) are the property of their respective owners. Any references are for identification purposes only.

3) Eligibility and user responsibility You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and your use of any game-related content complies with the applicable publisher/platform terms, including Epic Games and any console/platform providers. We may refuse or cancel orders if we believe an order may violate applicable rules, laws, or platform/publisher terms.

4) Account, information, and communications You may be required to create an account or provide contact details (email/phone) to purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. By providing your email/phone, you agree we may contact you for: Order confirmations and delivery updates Security/verification requests Support and service messages Marketing messages (if any) will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.

5) Products and services We may offer digital services related to V-Bucks and Fortnite Crew (the “Services”). The details for each product/service, including requirements and delivery method, are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Important: Availability, limits, and processing times may vary due to operational constraints and third-party platform rules.

6) Delivery methods (Xbox) Depending on the product, you may be offered one or more delivery methods, including: Using the customer’s Xbox account to complete delivery/activation; and/or Using an Xbox account provided by us, linked/used for delivery/activation as described during the flow. The exact method available may vary per product, region, availability, risk checks, and technical constraints. You agree to follow the instructions we provide to complete delivery.

7) Order processing and delivery times We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but delivery is not guaranteed to be instant. Times may vary due to: Verification/risk checks Platform limitations High order volume Technical issues beyond our control We will provide status updates when available. If we cannot complete an order within a reasonable time, we may offer a solution as described in our Refund Policy.

8) Prices, taxes, and errors Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for: Actions taken by Epic Games or platform providers Account penalties resulting from violations of third-party terms Third-party outages or platform limitations

15) Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VBUCKS.AR, DomyGS LLC, and our team from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rules, or fraudulent activity.

16) Intellectual property All Site content (excluding third-party marks) is owned by or licensed to VBUCKS.AR. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Third-party trademarks and game assets belong to their owners. No license is granted except as necessary for identifying products/services.

17) Third-party links and services The Site may contain links to third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

18) Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19) Governing law and dispute resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in New Mexico, USA, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer laws.
